I am using a Simotion D425-2 controlling two Blocksize motor motules PM240-2 Via two CUA32. The motors have each an incremental encoder connected to the sub D of the CUA32s. After the configuration download finished, i got this fault F31120 with code 10 binary in r949, that appeared at the same time on the two motor modules, and the fault is not resettable, even if the encoders are disconnected. As soon as i reset it, the CUA32 RDY LED blinks green one time then goes back red with the fault. I tried to replace the reconfigure the Simotion D from factory reset, and also replacing it by a CU320-2 and reconfigure from factory reset and i have the same behavior The list manual suggests an overcurrent on the encoder power supply, but i am quite confused since the fault is still present even without any encoder connected Any suggestions? Thanks Phil ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
