In the characteristics on this cou we have 128 FC blocks. My question is this 128 blocks means to start from FC0 to FC128? Or we can used other number of FC. Thanks

However check what is the biggest number you can use for FCs. I think the 128 refers to the maximum count you can create and not the maximum number name you can use. According to my source you can create 1024 counts and 7999 as the biggest number name. But this might be for higher CPU versions.
