CUP315pn/dp stop mode problem

CPU 315-2 PN/DP (6ES7 315-2EH14-0AB0-Firmware V 3.2.12) going to stop mode

But Surprisingly CPU 315 (6ES7 315-1AF03-0AB0-Firmware V 1.2) works ok with the same hardware (I/O racks).

STOP caused by I/O management
Previous operating mode: RUN
Requested operating mode: STOP (internal)
Internal error, Incoming event

In  this project we are upgrading the old 315 cpu with new CPU 315-2 PN/DP.

we have already got the replacement CPU 315-2 PN/DP from Siemens. But the problem remains same. For 2/3 hrs the system runs OK and then CPU goes into stop mode Event ID 16# 4548

CPU 315 (6ES7 315-1AF03-0AB0-Firmware V 1.2) works ok with the same hardware (I/O racks).

We have also tried by changing the power supply. There is 5A separate power supply only for 

CPU and IMs

To check the problem we replaced CPU, MMC and power supply. But the result is same.

It works OK only with CPU CPU 315 (6ES7 315-1AF03-0AB0-Firmware V 1.2).

pls look, it can be really effort from all of us to compare your 2 versions of project, probably no one have time. In my opinion, I'll be look and compare HW cfg of both CPUs. For first that previous old CPU and compare important options in new CPU. I know that some new properties can be on new CPU, but look pls to important options like CPU cycle time, communication resources, memory retentive areas and also possible cycle OB options. All of these settings from old working CPU can be same on new CPU, maybe with little change if it is needed. Make that tests and give us result pls, maybe screenshots.

We have kept all the settings similar to OLD CPU.

Only found additional  option in new CPU ie  "Size of process image input area" & "Size of process image Output area". Default value is 128.

But when I have searched the manual in old CPU it was also 128 but it was not settable.

I need urgent help in this regard.
