Hello ionut.b you'll need called "Current Transducers" and "Voltage Transducers" (aka CT and VT). These come in all sort of shapes, sizes,accuracyand features and I'd suggest you google them to find a supplier near you who should be able to advise youon themost suitable one for your application.
