... sometimes the problem is sitting in front of the display. So happened to me. LOGO! sometimes didn´t react when i pressed ESC + Cx. But it was my mistake. I did not look into the display good enough: I try to describe what happened: I used some cursor keys in the circuit to switch something on/off. And i alsohad placed a message text showing some text and a parameter. Now i tried to switch with ESC+C1. Problem: I pressed ESC too long and came into parameter mode then. This is indicated by a blinking cursor at the 1st position of the parameter. But this is only a underline _ and nearly not visible. So i didn´t realize that i was in parameter mode and tried again ESC+C1. Then i succeeded. Because with pressing ESC the 2nd time, i left parameter mode again. Solution: Make sure that you follow with the cursor key within 1 second after holding ESC (otherwise you are in parameter mode) or Enable "protection" in the message text !!!!!! With "protection active", the parameters which are displayed in the message text can´t be changed and possibility for parametrizing is switched off then. But don´t wait too long to follow with "Cx" after pressing ESC, else it won´t cause any reaction either. So i think what makes lots of operators problems is that ESC is used twice: - hold ESC for at least 1 Sec. -> Change parameter in message text - hold ESC + press cursor key -> reaction of the application But YOU as engineer can avoid these situations by prgramming ("protection" , work with different message texts, ...). Attached the accordant part of the manual. This should help! Regards Fux AttachmentChanging parameters in active message text.pdf (423 Downloads) |
