Custom Web Control

I mean if i link a custom web control's property to a HMI Tag and I write some values the custom web control it works correctly, but if i link an HMI Tag to a custom web control's property to read some values i can't do it.

I tried it with the example of the Gauge Control: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109779176 and I can dynamise the GaugeValue Property without problems to an HMI Tag and read and write it.
