Hi All, With recent simulations of a project, the cycle time peaks and is measured: 1 second to even 12 seconds. The PLC is from an existing project on which only minor changes have been made. Currently i'm not able to test with an actual PLC, but i'm not sure about these cycle time peaks in the simulation. The PLC has two RIO's with analog I/O which unfortunatly can't be simulated and give continuous error in the diagnostic buffer. I've done some research and the project has OB1, 35, 80, 82, 83, 85, 86, 100, 121 and 122 programmed. This prevents the CPU from going to stop etc. but the cycle time peaks continue to exist completely random. Does annyone have a suggestion what could be the reason behind these cycle time peaks ? I've added two screenshots: AttachmentModule_information.zip (21 Downloads) |
