In WinCC there is no guarantee, that your cyclic scripts will be run in fixed time-ranges - as it is in your S7-CPU. By the way cyclic scripts are bad for your WinCC performance... nemo

AsNemo says, you should not use cyclic scripts in WinCC. Are we talking about the same thing here ? There are many ways to do things in WinCC. To find the right way it is important to understand exactly what you are trying to achieve. A very simple solution would be to create an internal tag and every time your cyclic script runs simply increment the value of this tag.
