D/A ramp setpoint values

Hi everyone, I just had a question about the continuation of the steps, Step # 11. Re-enter all values. I have a book and i have the sort of the same instructions in the machine setup part of the book. My book tells me to start with Manufacturer calibration screen one(do this,this, this), then 2, then user calibration screen one. This is my problem, I cannot figure out what are or where to find the D/A ramp setpoint values .

The instructions in my book: 

5)Select the User Calibration One Screen and enter temporary values as depicted in Figure 9-4. For D/A Ramp Setpoint entries refer to the Sequence Chart (Page 2 of Hydraulic Diagram) and the values shown in [brackets] in table 9-3. 

(**I dont have have the Sequence Chart (Page 2 of Hydraulic Diagram) I do have a sequence diagram but thats just like the steps the machine is supposed to do clamp lockup and there are no values) 

I believe that there are 32 possible entries in (SEC) /Seconds ?/. (1 to 32), for each channel (0(CN), 1(XH), and 4(ground), This i think controls the output cards to send the 24volts to different soleinoids. I also dont get why 32 if there is 48 places to put wires and the front of the card says 16 x 24 v. I have 4 of these cards connected, one input (works fine) and 3 output cards. and my temperatures work fine too.

I have attached a picture of Table 9-3. Entered the few numbers that are there but nothing moves. I have the machine in Manual and set-up mode, cant move anything.

Sorry if i sound a bit slow/bad, its my 2nd day on the job and i study business in school not fixing these plastic machines. If someone helps me I'll give you the biggest poutine in quebec.
