D410-2 RDY LED

Hone1DAS Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have a D410-2 module. I program the CF card with the firmware version I want, and power ON the unit. The RDY LED is flashing green at .5Hz. The manual says "commissionong/reset", but nothing more specifically. My PC can ping the IP address through profinet, but my Scout(v5.1) cannot find the drive to import into a blank project. Scout find the other 2 drives connected, but not this particular drive. Is there any more specific information on the blinking LED? Maybe if I let it sit it will stop? Is there a time for commissioning to finish?

You must create a new project, insert a D410-2 in the offline project. Then go online with scout and dowenload simotion part, after that you can go online to the integrated drive and do the comissioning. Regards Christoph

Hone1DAS Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	This issue has been solved. Apparently the firmware version on the CF Card somehow got reverted to the latest. I downgraded the firmware version and everything worked as expected!
