Which Scout TIA and which TIA Version do you use?

And don't add screen, better click on save as and save the log to a txt file which can attached here.

Missing program for Task.

check if you have a program in the following task:
technologicalfaulttaks, peripherialfaulttask

And also check if you set some option that the diagnostic is show only hexadecimal, this should be unchecked so that you see the real message text and not only the hexcode.
