Danfoss FC300 profibus DPRD_DAT 8093 error

Hello,

i'm trying to manage Danfoss FC300 using profibus.

I set up Tia Portal project and everything seems to be well configured, Slave is detected and tia portal can read some information (see attached images).

But when i run DPRD_DAT it returns 8093 error...


Can anybody help me?

Your LADDR parameter for SFC 14 is incorrect.

See the screenshots below, from the System and Standard Functions manuel (it is written for Step 7 v5.x, but DPRD_DAT and DPWR_DAT in TIA Portal are equivalent to SFC 14 and SFC 15)..

You cannot use decimal notation for your LADDR, it must be hexadecimal, as you can see in the description of the DPRD_DAT parameters.

Instead of address 275 (decimal), try w#16#113 (hexadecimal equivalent).

Strange that you have an odd address, you have only this? Did you try the other module addresses of FC300 you have in TIA as the example below but is the old STEP7? Unfortunately, with TIA and Danfoss I have not tried yet.

Could you tell us what I/O addresses have been reserved for the Danfoss drive, in your configuration?

That could be the LADDR parameter we are missing, so the TIA ortal can point to the drive.

I've just found the solution. Its about ODD address.

 Now i'm out of the office but later on I'll post how I've fixed it.

let me explain what I did:

1. I got correct "HW Identifier" by selecting used PPO Type on a "Device Oberview" of the FC 300 Profibus slave (see attached picture), in this case address is EVEN. (This was my big issue)
   
2. Then I've recompiled all (HW and SW) and downloaded to PLC (S7 1200).
3. If I need to add more drives (profibus slaves) I have to repeat the process 1 by 1. (I can't add them all in a "single shoot" and then recompile-download, because I've got 8093 error again ).
4. That's all

Hope it helps somebody elese.

Note: I can use decimal and Hex address, both are working.
