In step7 you can do an import of tag from outside:

Also in Wincc you can Import/Export tag, how would it be possibile in Tia V14/15?

 Just goto PLC tags and you can export from there. Not difficult.

 Sorry. I misunderstood. I don't think, import export of Datablocks will be possible.

For future reference:

JUST COPY from XLS AND PASTE to Datablock

 but you cannot set addresses.

Please SIEMENS add an  IMPORT / Export tool to this menu!
