Data exchange between two 1200's with Profinet

SegersM Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a setup with 4 PLC's 1200 and a simatic touchscreenpanel. How can I use the status of I3.0 of PLC 3 in PLC 1? They are connected via Profinet. I heard the TSEND and TRCV are not meant for profinet. Thanks for help.

Hello SegersM, You cannot do it as easy as PROFINET works, as all 4 are PROFINET IO Controllers (all the 4 CPUs) in your case. You can still exchange data between CPUs using T Communication (TCP/IP) Have a look at this application example which deals about the similar situation. - Ethernet Communication: Data Exchange S7-1200 <-> S7-1200 (CE-X17)
