with your infos not enough to good help. Try for first investigate what comm ports/inerfaces you have available in your both systems. Maybe some of them are now occupied. Via this info we can maybe give you some solution. Prepare also show us exact both HW specification depended to what you will find available. Also you can tell us what automation SW you're use with SPs and Updates.

The easiest way to communicate between a S7-1500 and S7-400 would be GET/PUT function blocks.

Setup a network between the 2 PLCs. Decide which one will be client (the one that programs the PUT and GET functions) and which one will be server (passive partner). In Netpro create connections between the 2, and follow the detailed explanations in the following document:

Before all thanks for your comments, were helping a lot, As far I can see perhaps I'm close to get it  working. Anyhow I still not have the right values in the remote S7-400 PLC.

A quick explanation:
I was making/adding blocks under the S7-1511 TIA portal project. The partner PLC in this case is an S7-412 CPU deployed under Step 7 5.5 proyect where I was just adding a DB91 block as receiver of the data, no other change made in this PLC.
At the beggining I just want to try to send data in one way , I mean from S7-1511 to S7-412. As far I understand in this case I just need add a new S7 connection in the S71511 configured as "one way" .
So I was donwloaded everything, when I monitor the connection It looks OK , also in DB which is instance of "PUT FB" it say that there are no errors, anyhow as I tell you before I have no updated data in receiver PLC.
As comment, DB91 is in the partner and DB92 is local (S71511).
I'm attaching a pdf with some screendumps just you can take a look. I have not too much experience, but I feel that some of you expert guy can help me to see what is wrong or missing.
