Data exchange through ISO-on-TCP with S7 315-2PN/DP

Hothing Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	There is a S7 315-2PN/DP (6ES7315-2EH13-0XB0, FW 2.6.7). I use blocks FB63-65 for communications through ISO-on-TCP between PLC and PC. Connection parametres are generated by program OpenCommunication Wizard. The PC is connected to PLC (used TCON), and sending of the data (TSEND) works. But there is a problem with data acquisition. Call function TRCV returns an error code 8088. TRCV (ID: = 1, LEN: = 16, DATA: = P#DB10.DBX0.0 BYTE 528). I.e. the error description (Receive area is too small; Value in LEN is higher than the receive area specified by DATA) does not correspond to the set parametres.PC client is OPC Scount. I send block with size eq. 16 byte (not more). What is wrong?

In this case you have to define the receive-length through the Parameter DATA (e.g. P#DB10.DBX0.0 BYTE 16 or symbolic information of a struct).
