Data exxchange between S7 PLC

viki_bum Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	hi In one of my project I have to exchange data between S7 PLC . Iam using 412 -2DP PLC as software redundancy and I have 443-5 ext cp card. With this CP card I have exchange data between 2 S7 400 PLC and 1 S7 300 PLC. Please suggest what communication blocks should I use to exchange data because all PLC are master in itself Thanks and Regards Vikki

I do not think you can communicate like that, you can not use Y link in SWR system. You can use DP send Recive blocks (FC)1 and FC2), for DP communication Have fun...

Jazz_M Gold Member Joined: 9/6/2008 Last visit: 5/7/2022 Posts: 1121 Rating: (86)	Hi well i have attached a sample project for your reference, you will find a S7400 H system and S7300 315 2 PN.DP system Two system are sending data via ethenet and the S7300 cpu send the data to other PLC via Profibus DP. I am not able to attache the sample project as it is little big more than 5 MB size, PUT GET DP Send Recive I wish moderator shall help us to upload the project. If you still have query, Please post it in forum. Have fun...
