Data in 880M gets corrupted - after reload I am not able to communicate with PLC

After that i reloaded the NC MD,PLCMD are loaded through PCIN software X121 (Back of Controller). Now i am not able to communicate with PLC. Can you please confirm me whether it requires any converter for communication or simply RS232 25 pin to 9 Pin is enough. I tried with both Interface 1 and 3 5010 :00000100 5011: 00000111 5030 :00000100 5031: 00000111 Is there any other settings required. I dont know whether EPROM data corrupted or not but i am sure that PLC program is not there in ROM. Any tips rgarding this will help me to come out of this issue. Regards, Chinna
