Hi, I am using the historical data logging feature on a 12" comfort HMI

I want to log the username of a person each time they log on / off. 

Is this possible?

I can't seem to find a way to long a WString in the data logger.

The purpose of this request is that I want to log the username change of an operator to check who is altering process critical values 

when you need the name of the user who changed values, then WinCC Audit Trail would be an option - see Application Example.
