Data logging in tp700 comfort - additional settings

Now i am able to record my process values in SD Card After Re installing fresh copy of win7 and also wincc TIA portal. But I have two things to ask for you 1- while i am trying to open the loged csv file from my HMI using microsoft excel application, i cant get the file in open dialog box, and while i am trying to open the file directly fom SD card it says there is no application releted to this file. in addition to that the icon of the file is not like excel files it is something like widows flag. 2- I toke out the SD card from HMI and read it in my Laptop, Now the icon is apear in excel format and i am eable to open it in excel, But it is not formated as i expected, (Each Filed Name on columens and values under respective Filed name) i have attached the scren shoot for further information.
