Data storage in IOT 2050

Hi everybody! 

I'm about buying a IOT2050 in order to acquire data and store it in the IOT2050. I've doing some research about the storage and I see a lot of options. Maybe this is not a topic for this forum, but I've seen some people writing about influxdb, sqlite and different options here, so I think this might be an interesting topic for new and experienced people. 

So the question is if someone have been use the IOT2050 to acquiere data (time series) and what solution they have used. I think influxdb is a great solution using node-red as it allow to acquiere and process the data before storing it. This is a new field for me so any help will we appreciated!

I'm starting a proyect now in which I have to read data from a S7-1200 and two sensor with modbus RTU. To manage the communications and the storage I'm going to use Node red with SQLite. As I starting point I have read the chapter Chapter 5 from "Practical Time Series Analysis" by Aileen Nielsen Released October 2019 Publisher(s): O'Reilly Media, Inc.
