Data Transfer from PC to PLC

The control system network is isolated / standalone network with no connectivity to internet. I am trying to get some data from aPC which is connected to internet & transfer that to the PLC securely so my control system network remains isolated. Any tips on how this can be accomplished will be greatly appreciated.
