Data values lost

I am using S7-1200 for Motor control system, Which has a speed and time setting.

But after off the CPU power Supply, speed and time setting Changes to zero.

What to do to solve this problem؟

Based on your last screenshot, it seems that the scaled variable Pump Speed Control1, which I presume is the signal sent to your HMI screen, has a value of 0.0 because the input to the  NormX and ScaleX instructions (Analog Output Setpoint1) is 0.

What code generates  that variable Analog Output Setpoint1? Does it come from a CPU calculatiion, from an HMI input. Is that variable (memory location) set as remanent?
