hi, i have almost same problem. wincc 6.0 was installed in my pc after i try to install wincc6.2. firstly i install sql 2005 without uninstall sql2000. when i install sql2005 its uninstall sql2000 and install finished. thaniinstall wincc6.2 without uninstall winnc6.0. afteriam continued to installpatch forwincc6.2 and simatic net for wincc6.2 . butwhen i try to open existing projectat wincc explorer it give me "Database context does not exist or is invalid"mesagge. what can i do? |

Hi, Your project was created under v6.0, right? Did you migrate it before opening? Also... check out this FAQ. Best regards, Danielle |

Hi, So you have Flexible in that computer.... that can be bad... Take a look at this compatibility matrix for Flexible 2005. Notice WinCC v6.2 isn't there... Best regards, Danielle |

my problem is still continue and i will be mad! i dowload my log file when i couldnt install sql server2005 AttachmentFiles2.zip (235 Downloads) |
