Datagrid from sql table

Hi all,

i am using wincc tia portal V13 and want to show a complete table from sql.

what is the way to do so? i asume there is a better way to use tags for it?

I want to do the same, but Wincc seems to not have a GridVIew to map an entire query from the data base.

Suppose i want to query 1000 registers from a table...  the solution of that FAQ is primitive. Because it has a static solution , creating tags for each "possible" register.

Hi all,

we did it once with WinCC V5. Read the data from the database to a Recordset (maybe ADODB - sorry long time ago) and then write the Recordset to a datagrid. Same procedure should work with WinCC V1x Professional.

When using WinCC V1x Advanced I guess you have to go the way of the FAQ in the second post.
