Hi AndreaLari, I don't know if the loss of connection could be due to the time and date difference between CPU and HMI because you don't always want them to be synchronised. Check the rest of things but anyway I attach an example of an application to synchronise the date/time of the HMI and the CPU: Time synchronization between WinCC and a SIMATIC PLC Also, check page 101 of the Unified manual: Unified Comfort Panels |

Hi AndreaLari, You will need to get the time from a time server on the network. Because the hmi need a connection to the plc in order to synchronize time, then it cannot synchronize time if the time is wrong on the panel because it rejects the connection. You will need to find out if a switch, NAS, pc or some other time server is available on the network. Best regards |
