DB number, address and value

Sol 1 (1or2) 2 (2or1)
Order of op1 1 (1-6)2 (1-6)
Order of op2 3 (2-7) 4 (2-7)

(Order of operation)

So I need to find the lowest order of op then determine what Sol that is. eg
Order of op - 1 and it could be Sol 1 ( The order of op could be any number
from (1 to 7). I then do next until all are completed.

The difficult part for me is whatever order of op I use to know what sol is being used
and which order of op(1or2)

Order of op can be any combination. eg
1 2 2 4 2 1
3 4 5 7 3 3

min := DB4.OOP1; Sol_num:=1;

if DB4.OOP2< min THEN min :=DB4.OOP2; Sol_num:=1; END_IF;
