Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello..... What is your control why you would like to bypass......on what axis are you getting the alarm? Yes in your PLC project you don't have DBx1.5 or DBx1.6 but some thind you have in the cross reference i.e DB?.DBX1.5 and DB?.DBX1.6 it is written in FC100 which is protected....you need speak to your manufacturer /OEM for the password for opening it. Parag Rajkot Posts: 4 Rating: (0)	Hi I check scale is faulty i ordder it but it's take 4 to 5 moth of delevri time right now machine is under instolation due to scale i can't check cycle of the machine that's way i require the bypass scale and atfer come scale just fit it and start the machine where the set password for fc100?

But you can try to put in the calling block after the last FC100 call something like this: OPN DB33 S DB33.DBX1.5 R DB33.DBX1.6 But first you must be sure that DB33 is the data base for Z axis. Experienced Member Joined: 7/13/2008 Last visit: 1/16/2025 Posts: 107 Rating: (9)	Inspect the scale, and if the scale is okay, and the channel for it is fine, simply replace the reader head on the scale. This is likely readily available for delivery tomorrow, you only need to figure out who to call and give money to. If there is nothing wrong with the reader head, make the correction to the encoder cable. If this machine is in Germany, there is a very very strong chance that there is a Service engineer, or 3rd party who could do both items for you... ALSO: you probably don't really need to know what FC100 contains, just what the names of the variables are, it is likely that one of them is for determining if the axis is using the motor measuring system, or a second mesuring system. It looks as if there is already functionaliy to switch measuring systems. You simply need dialog with the retrofitter / builder.
