DC Power Supply Basic Line Module Infeed communication Problem

Dear Sinamics community

• have 5 CU320-2DPs 4 of them is ok not showing any error except one CU320-2DP which is connected to a DC power supply module basic line module and 6 Motor Modules.
• I have a problem in communication between CU320-2DP and the basic line Module DC power supply.
• when connecting Drive CLiQ cable to DC power supply basic unit The ready Lamp turns into Red and DC lamp Turns off, when removing both lamps showing orange.
• I have a message on the CU-320-2dp in the sinamics starter Program attached in photo
• the Machine not running due to no DC power supply

Hello,

did you configure the BLM in the STARTER project? If not, you have 2 options:

1) add the BLM module to your offline project. Check the wiring in the "topology" window (so that it is connected to the correct DQ port, if necessary change the wiring by drag n drop of the BLM in this view). Afterwards download the config to the device.

2) go online and do an automatic configuration -> then all DQ devices are read in automatically to your project. (Be aware: This would reset the drive to factory settings!)

After configuring the BLM you should also ensure to enable the module by p840. Otherwise the drives do not get the feedback, that the infeed is in operation (see p864 at the drives).

the machine was running beforethis problem, and No body change any thing in the parameters

also I checked the steps 1 and 2 and also insured the P840 and P864 values and all are ok.

is there any possibility that CIM is defected?

pls help me should i purchase New CIM?

Now I changed the CIM and the system running Good
