Hello! I have a simple circuit with the following devices: 1) SITOP Battery Module (1P 6EP1935-6MD11) INITIAL CURRENT: max. 0.8A OUTPUT: DC 24V | 3.2Ah | 10A 2) SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY (1P 6EP1931 - 2DC21) INPUT: DC 24V | 6.6A OUTPUT 1: DC 24V | 6A (LOAD) OUTPUT 2: DC 24V | 0.2-0.4A (BATTERY) 3) SIMATIC IPC477E (1P 6AV7245-6BA00-0BJO) MAX CURRENT: 5A (during operation and start-up does not exceed 2-3A) A SITOP Battery Module is connected to the SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY device for uninterrupted power supply of the SIMATIC IPC477E. When turning off the power, the SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY works fine, the SITOP Battery Module is activated. But when the power is turned on, the SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY unit blinks the red “Alarm” indicator and the green “OK” indicator in turn, while the SIMATIC IPC477E does not turn on (24v does not come). SIMATIC IPC477E does not turn on until you disconnect the battery from the circuit (you need to remove the 15A fuse from the battery itself or disconnect the battery power wires from the SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY). After that, the green “OK” indicator and the red “BAT” indicator light up, SIMATIC IPC477E turns on and works (24V comes). Next, you need to attach the SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY battery, while the red indicator turns off and the corresponding battery control indicator lights up. SITOP Battery Module set another battery, changed SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY, the problem repeats. The terminals on the SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY are clamped well. The cable length of the connection SITOP DC UPS POWER SUPPLY and SIMATIC IPC477E does not exceed 15-20 m, the cross section of one core is 1.0 mm2. Instead of SIMATIC IPC477E, an 80W load (current of approximately 3.3 A) was connected directly to the SITOP Battery Module, the problem repeated. Each time you turn off, you need to go to the shield and disconnect the battery. Why can this happen? What is the problem? I'm out of thoughts Dmitriy Kobyz ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
