Hello, attached please find a (very) small and easy DCC chart as xml Export. You can import it to a Servo Drive for example. There is also a small pdf with a quick drawing of the control principle in this DCC chart. In this example there is an overlaid process controller for any imaginary process. The output of the controller is connected to the speed controller of the drive. Such a process controller in DCC could be a tension controller or pressure controller or whatever. Please note that this is really only a simple example and you should not run it on your machine! The switching on / off can be done without DCC by just connecting your input to p840 (OFF1 signal). I think this example should help you to understand how to program in DCC in general. Please note, that you cannot program your "own" speed controller for the drive. You can only have an additional overlaid controller to control a process by controlling the speed setpoint for the drives speed controller. If you need more detailed information regarding DCC programming please study the DCC manual: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109755516 AttachmentDCC_Export.zip (310 Downloads) |
