Hi I solve the problem using this tool EnableDCOM.exe i found it in the following link: Why does the error message "HResult 0X80080005 Server failed to start" appear when you start SIMATIC WinCC V5.1/V6.x after installing/uninstalling "Symantec pcAnywhere 10.x"? |
