Yes, but I'm not using a Servo with PROFIdrive. I'm using only PTO

Without PROFIdrive Servo, OB91 (MC-Servo) doesn't exist.

For some reason I got opposite impression. My fault.

Anyway, have you tried to call a CTRL_PTO directly from an OB40 ?

Unfortunately I need to generate a minimum pulse width of 0,1ms. So the block CTR_PWM activated by main loop can't work properly because the main loop cycle time > 1ms.

Furthermore, the big problem is that I must have a delay between the rising edge of external start and the output pulse <0.4 μs and I can't activate CRTL_PWM in main loop to do this

No, I can't use CTRL_PTO directly from an OB40 because it generate a sequence of pulse. I need only one pulse

I am of the opinion that the suggestion made by @Kal.A is a good one. The width of the PWM is set via the output word. The CTRL_PWM can be triggered in an interrupt.. if needed. But the key lies in the control of the pulse width. The pulse can be "wide" but the "on" part is short.

The specification says (CPU1214 DC/DC/DC):

This means that the 0.1μs you speak of is not physically possible. When you evaluate other equipment. Perhaps the CPU1217 could work?

As additional note: Switch the output in an interrupt routine should use the :P fixture. This tells the CPU to switch immediately. Usage in SCL: 

"myOutput":P := TRUE;
