I am looking for information about where to find delivery release notes for modules?

For example I have 6ES7134-4JB51-0AB0 module. I need to use it as spare part for 6ES7134-4JB50-0AB0. Where can I see the delivery release note for the successor module?

or you just go in Google and write Siemens "code of your module" and will appear the module (look below if it is Mall Industry.....) or you write Simens "your module" and then successor will appear Mall Industry and go.
