Demo project for SIMATIC IPC277D

under the following link i have found demo projects for WinCC Advanced V11 of theSIMATIC IPC277D.

 Dear Sir ,

As per discuss regards IPC.you people has sent some demo project .But i unable to open the project .i don't know where is the problem occur..

  I am using IPC 277D 19" 6AV7881-5AE00-8CA0, Here we are using the software is TIA PORTAL V12,IPC have windows XP OS...

In these IPC i assign the tags along with screenin offline mode ,But when i go RUNTIME mode the tags will not enabled....Is there any solution to solve those thing
