Do you have any suggestion?How to open that file and make some modification. Appreciate your help!

You asked if you can download it. The answer is NOas it is not legal. You have to buy the package and install it and transfer the licence before openning the application software. You have to know which version of WinCC flex. you need but I recommend to use 2008 version because it will open all previos versions. And also you have to know the type of HMI as it will guide you to the category of the software. There is no demo version, so any link to it would be a link to illegal version of WinCC Flexible. The only way is to contact your local Siemens dealer and ask if you can borrow for some days working version of Flexible. That's the most you can do about it.

I just thought if instead of spending money I could get something done with the Demo Version. Then it would be worth doing it, as otherwise I may go for replacement of that HMI with other manufacturer low cost HMI.

Anyway talk with them and you will find a solution.
