My project contain 10 cpu [one is 1510SP (head) and all rest are 1215 (slaves)] networked as a profinet switch. I decided to minimize the network traffic and decided to use PUT only. All cpu's are checking their internal DBstates to decide to send/refresh their data at the destination CPU (slave to head or head to slave). I implemented individual s7 connections between head and slave cpu's. 

Main structure of the communication is always between head and slave CPU.  Shortly I create a democracy media. If any one cpu needs to inform the other, then it use the PUT command to send data.

But it is not work as in real world. Is there any mistake at my thought? Do i have to use PUT-GET at the header cpu only as usual? Is there some communication conflict? I thought that communication conflict check done by hardware. Therefore all cpu's can use PUT command but hardware release that request when the network is not busy. Am I wrong?

Is there any other command (instead of PUT) to realize my stratecy? 

Note: each CPU have an HMI and several profinet drives. Therefore i try to minimize the traffic over the profinet network.

I use only 1 head and 2 slave on the table to test. Therefore It does not work at this simple state.

I attached a drawing to explain all. I changed the names to make simple view. some notes:

• slaves will not talk each other.  They can talk with head only.
• All cpu checks internal status to decide to refresh their destination cpu via a PUT command. If there is no any new state at each cpu, none of them become active. I wanna prevent unnecessary usage of GET command by this way to minimize the traffic at the network.
• They are writing to destination cpu max 20words not more.    

I implement a test system on my table to test my proposal. I can send its archive file but forum does not accept that size which is 3.5MB. I am just working on to maintain communication of cpu's only.

Is the file size the only issue or are you reluctant to share the sample project (which I can respect)? If it is only the file size, you can use an application like 7 zip (www.7zip.org) to archive the project over several files.

A PDF printout will also do. ...or a few screen captures of critical points.

Additional notes....
There is a trick that dear friend <huggy_d1> showed us a time ago on how to reduce the file size of a project. Siemens liked that trick so much that they changed it a bit and included it into the software....

Step1 - Ask for archive

Step2 - Request the "minimized" option when typing in a project name.

It works as if you are requesting a "Save as", but with smaller sized project.

I tried to minimize it even the deleting of second slave cpu. It could not have less size than 3.5MB. Therefore I will send it as 3 parts.

Also I add some as offline which I could not check online. Everything in english and contains only comm logics. Therefore everyone can follow easy what I am doing.

I am not hesitating to share my prog. This area is a sharing experiences and helping each other area according to me.

it does not allow me to upload the file contains extensions as with z01. therefore I add a "zip" surname to overcome this bottleneck. remove "zip" and use it as second part please.
