Wouldn't you just install the PN option board, and add it into the s7-1200 project?   Contact the manufacturer for details on how it works with PN so you can be sure that is the right solution for you.

Otherwise, you might be using digital I/O and/or RS232.

Has anyone ever successfully integrated a Deprag AST11 controller to a S7 1200 PLC?

Looking to use PLC to port screw torque results back to MES system through Kepware.

All help appreciated.

It refers to a specific model / part # for PN, AST6-1 PN / 428001C.  If you do not have that specific model, you can add PN to your AST6-11 using an option board.  See page 6 where it shows PN option board part # 428010B

GSDML files for PN and GSD files for profibus (PB) are to be obtained from the manufacturer of the device.  You will not find them on this site.

What is the  PN Option board you are referring to?  Looking for a GSD file for the Deprag AST11 Controller.  Need to transmit Real and Dint values.

AST11 has no GSD-file, because it is not with an DP- or PN-interface by default.

There must be any additional interface-module or something like that?

I can not find anything on the manufacturer-homepage. The AST11 has this features:

There is no interface for Profibus or Profinet for what you would need a GSD(ML) file.

I was also looking in the data-sheet posted by huggy_d1. there´s an article-no. of additional interfaces for Profibus and Profinet. But I can´t find anything on the manufacturer-homepage.

If I were you, I would start a Support-request on Deprag-Page.
