Is there a way to diagnose the  profinet connection on a cpu319-3 PN/DP?

We have 3 machines that run an s7connection through the cpu port and they are intermittently failing to respond to server requests. We also have some 317 cpu's using cp343's doing the same comunication but they never fail.

I should point out this problem has only happened since the server has been upgraded to the latest 64 bit processors and O.S. The people who programmed it have run tests and say the fault is definitely on the plc side.

I will be try bypass PLC for a moment, connect PC with client application to monitor/send requests to server, after some tests will change IP of PC to simulate other PLC and continue. Only if you will have relevant results, you can give us another info. You must something to test.
