Eh, so long ago, what you want to know exactly? If you want to use it as and if I remember correctly in the DP1 connect the Master unit and DP2 and DP3 do diagnostics segment, take a look at par. 3.1.7 on page 3-8 if you have downloaded this manual.

I connected the diagnostic repeater with cpu as the attachment drawing.

Is all ok but the led BF blinking always....

why? i don't understand!

I need, also, of to use this component for the network DP diagnose...how can i do?

now the BF led is off

the repeater is communicating and is all ok...

in hardware configuration i put the "DR-CfgData" as module for repeater (see attachment)

how can i do for to realize the diagnostic for network DP?

I tried to use the SFC13 "DPRNM_DG" but i don't know good this!

have you a one example for me?

The information on diagnostics reading through the diagnostic repeater is available in the manual proposed earlier by Ste39.

Alternatively, if you search the forum (see the Search Box at the right of this page?) you will find FAQs and Application notes that can further help you out.

For example:

Reading Diagnostic Information from the Diagnostic Repeater with STEP 7 and Methods for Remote Evaluation:

The Application Note uses a S7-400 CPU but states a “different CPU with DP interface and integrated SFCs 58, 59 and 103 can also be used.”

Note: Based on the S7-300 Instruction List manual (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/13206730 ,pages126 and 133)

all three SFCs required are supported by the S7-315-2DP, so it can be used with the application proposed above.

i need of know where is possible to find the library for this repeater...

i need of the SFC or FB by to utilize into my program for to diagnose the error into network DP.

if possible, also the explanation of the inputs/outputs of these SFC/FB.
