Dear Med_Teb, according to your synchronism application there are two necessary drive based scenarios possible:
A G150 is a single axis drive in a cabinet design. It is used to control asynchronous machines only in vector control. Each drive has got a own CU and a single line connection. A synchronism with G150 need a communication between the two drives. Please find general details about G150 here: The S120 is a multi axis drive and is also available in chassis or cabinet design. It can be also used to control asynchronous machines. The two drives will be controlled by one CU, the whole drive system is supplied by an infeed device. The communication between the two drives is realized via DriveCliq-communication. Please find details here: |

Hello, i have no experience with rotatory cement kiln. All solutions are possible but I can't evaluate what is the best. There is an example via PLC. SINAMICS G: Load sharing for two coupled driveshttps://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109774232 |
