Differences bewteeen RT & RC?

You have access to all tools to develop or modify an application; you csan also run it on the computer that has the license. RT: Runtime. You can only run an application develooped on a RC license. Generally, when our projects use standalone WinCC computers, we will buy one RC license, and a number of RT (less expensive). All development is done on a single computer, the one with the RC licence; once tested, we transfer the project on the computer s with RT licences for deployment. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier
