Dinamize Objet Color

David_Suarez Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hi. I need todinamizethe color of an object so when I activate a bit in a Word Tag the color object change to red, and whenI activate another bit in another Word Tag the color object change to green. Someone can help me?

In Dynamic Dialog, use the formula ("Tag_Green"&&4)+(2*(Tag_Green&&16)) Now For value up to 0 set your default color For value= 1 Set Green, Value = 2, Set Red, More than that (Both bits high) = Yellow? OR what ever you need. Let me explain.By using'&&4' you are looking at the Bit 2. (Bit 0 = 1, Bit 1 = 2, Bit 3 = 4,) By using &&16 you are looking at Bit 4. Now since second half is multiplied by 2, if the 4th bit in Tag_Green is high, the second half of equation gives, 2 So if only bit in Tag_Red is high value will be 1 If only bit in Tag_Green is high vlaue will be 2 If both bits are high, value will be 3. Hope this works

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi, To make properties dynamic you can simply add something to that particular property... If your object is a WinCC object, for instance, a rectangle, access the color properties... To make them dynamic you can use a dynamic dialog, or even a C or VB script. If you have to switch between bitmaps try the Status Display object. You can find further info on all this on the "Getting Started" manual. Best regards, Danielle
