DISCONNECTION BETWEEN SINAMICS V90 AND PLC VIA PROFINET IRT

There is one SINAMICS V90 servo in my system. I control this servo via PROFINET IRT by using TELEGRAM 105. Altgough I use a special cable for comminication, sometimes the connection disconnects and comes back I have changed the priority number of the MC-Interpolar block as 16 and MC-Servo block as 17. In the section of cycle time, the option of “Synchronous to the bus” is selected. Also in the same section “Factor” is selected as “8” If you need further information to solve my problem, please contact me sincerely. Thank you and Best Regards.

Technology Team Platinum Expert Joined: 10/11/2006 Last visit: 1/10/2025 Posts: 5980 Rating: (823)	Your runtime of the MC-Servo OB has to be lower than one Profinet IRT Send Cycle (Bus Cycle). So instead of increasing the application cylce try to increase the Profinet IRT send cylce. You can find the setting for the send clock in the Sync Domain properties in hardware configuration. Priority numbers were initially "MC-Interpolar - 24 and MC-Servo - 25" and I lowered them to 16 and 17, thinking these values were high. The lowest value I can give for "MC-Interpolar" in my program is "16". Priority number 1 for all other OBs. Attachment DriveConfiguration.JPG (512 Downloads)
