Displaying all device faults at the same time

I have different machines in the plant and I am displaying the Text message on the big TV when any machine goes on fault.

I am using a text field and displaying a text when there is a fault by using fault bits from the machines.

I am using TP2200 HMI for this and displaying HMI on big TV and it's working great through runtime.

I am having a problem when 2 machines goes down at the same time then I am getting a fault of machine that goes down first.

What can I do to display all the faults at the same time because I am putting text over each other and when the machine goes on fault that text appears flashing but if another goes down so I want to display that text as well like one fault flash and then other fault flash and if there is 3rd fault then it should be appear as well.

I am trying to summarize that I want to display fault message one after another continuously flashing until machine gets fixed.

My opinion-- If fault occurred in more than One Machine (for instance-Two machines), you can manage to automatic switch between the two faulty machine screens.

And a text with red highlighted is telling that there is a fault in both machines should be visable all the time.

You mean manage the switching of faults with PLC?

if possible please upload screen shot of your runtime screen at here,so it be easy to understand  and solve.

I am attaching the screen shot in which it can be seen that I am using different text on top of each other and every text has separate tag so which ever fault comes one that can only be seen.

Other text highlight at the back but I can't see that so I just want some function through which I can see both the faults like one fault flashes first then second fault flashes.

it's more an idea than a real concept, but how about this:

• You put the logic in the PLC (a vb script on a panel might be to buisy and disturb other HMI processes).
• Each tag that is connected to the visibility of a text is a PLC tag (or part in an PLC array tag).
• The logic looks at which alarms are "on". It cycles trough the depending tags the number of times necessary, using a timer to decide how long to show each alarm text.

Example:

Alarm_tag_1 = 1
Alarm_tag_2 = 0
Alarm_tag_3 = 1

i = Number of Alarm tags

for 0 to  i

if Alarm (i) = 1 then

Alarm_tag_i =1
activate timer / timer = 5s
after timer: Alarm_tag_i =0
