For example on Web Naviagtor Windows 7 maximal clients = 3. Windows Server 2012 much more than 3 client´(it depends on the wincc version therefore you must look in the instructions of the wincc version). Also you nee the CAL Licensens from Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/de-de/licensing/produktlizenzierung/client-access-license.aspx And an example for wincc webnaviagtor https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/de/view/28309119
