DO module 6ES7 326-2BF00-0AB0 fault

farzaneh Posts: 26 Rating: (0)	Dear Sirs/Madam, one of the channels on module 6ES7 326-2BF00-0AB0 can not be on correctly,and its status display LED flashes green,when we force to 0 it turns of but when it is force to 1 flashes and its 24Voutput power is not stable,nothing is displayed on the Diagnostic messages .Also when according to the logic program it shuold be 1 (online monitoring shows 1),it flashes. would you please help me? thanks in advance.

Smits Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Dear farzaneh, Is the DO still connected to a field component during forcing? maybe a short circuit on the output is the problem. Try to force without field component. Hope this helps

Depending on the answer, can you please verify your wiring of it as per chapter 8.6.2 of the S7-300 ET 200M Distributed I/O Device Fail-safe signal modules manual. Secodn questionL: Was this Outputworking before or is this a brand new setup that you are trying to make work? I hope this helps and please let us know what you find.
