Have you found any solution to your problem ?

Recently, I have encountered similar issue. I’m using up-to-date WinCC Processional V17.

1) GfxRTS background process crashes randomly what causes WebUX error 10061.

2) Enabling GfxRTS manually as an app (not background process) solves problem.

3) It works only when GfxRTS.exe app is turned on after crash of GfxRTS background process.

4) When I run GfxRTS.exe parallel To GfxRTS background process (in advance, before crash), error 10061 appears after crash and GfxRTS.exe must be turned off and on anyway.

Do running GfxRTS.exe manually affects runtime functions in any way ? What about its stability? Is there any reason why GfxRTS background process fails?
