Do we need to do reconfiguration or change any other thing when the simatic S7, digital input SM326 SM32624DE, 24V, fal. save  part No. 6ES7326-1BK01-0AB0 is replaced by 6ES7326-1BK02-0AB0?

Same question for simatic S7, digital output SM326 , part No. 6ES7326-2BF40-0AB0 when is replaced by 6ES7326-2BF41-0AB0.

for sure you have to reconfigurate the hardware and set up the DIP-switches on the back of the DI card. Then regenerate the complete safety and load all in again.

 DIP-Switches - yes

but you don´t have to change the HW-configuration. The new module is sparepart-compatible.

look at the entries I posted above:

 The new module is spare part compatible. The new 6ES7326-1BK02-0AB0 module can also be operated with the a configuration as 6ES7326-1BK01-0AB0 module.

you only can not use the new features of the new module:

• I&M Identification data
• Can be employed with PROFINET IO (also on Profibus behind a PN/DP coupler)
• Acknowledgement after a voltage dip available.
