I need maintenance task and their frequency / Advice for Materiel SIEMENS including DCS, Panel HMI , the PLCs cabinets, I/O modules, ET200M, coupler DP/DP, CP341, IM153..... for s7 400

What you can do is , calculate their MTTF (using MTBF value)  and create your maintenance schedule . 

MTBF is easy to find on datasheets or in excel file like in this link 

In attachment an excel file which is a startup for you maintenance schedule ..

Thank you for your answer but this is not what I want exactly maybe I didn't explain very well my point so this is an example:

-for the CPU we should Test if the program is save every six months 

-check if the RDY is working ( color green)

-cleaning the station 

-Check the led of PS

.....

In other words: I look for recommandations to keep my materiel safety ( maintenance) by doing some tasks evey period of the year
